To provide customer support for Coversant's SoapBox Server and SoapBox Communicator. The Customer Support Representative will provide case logging and escalation, license generation, basic technical assistance, and knowledge base administration. This individual will also work closely with engineers and sales managers to feedback information into the product development lifecycle.
Candidates must have a BS in Computer Science or a technical area with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. This Customer Support Representative must have strong presentational and communication skills (verbal and written), outstanding account management with follow-through and problem solving skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
System administration, software development, and/or software collaboration (instant messaging, web conferencing, VoIP, etc.) experience is a plus.
