When adding contacts on the client I've noticed the following:
* Manual add - On the first screen it asks for an Address as the first choice. You can type anything you want. The client does not verify if the address is legitimate. The client will add domain.com into the contact list if you type nothing at all. See attached image.
* Manual add - On the first screen it asks for an Address as the first choice and Search for the second choice. Search is disabled and cannot be selected. It this feature not yet enabled possibly?
* Manual add - If I manually add a contact as oppose to having contacts assigned via roster/subscription, I see only their name (e.g. Tom). The roster/subscription method results in contacts as email addresses on the client. It should be consistent no matter how the users are added. As mentioned before, it would be even better to have a server/client managed setting to control how the contact list names are displayed.
* Roster/Subscription add - If I add a subscriber to a Roster I created, the subscribers client immediately gets the list of contacts. The contact names are displayed in email form. If I then go to the server manager and remove some names from the Roster, then re-add them, their names are displayed in proper form in the clients contact lists. See attached image.
When signing in on the client I have noticed:
* The splash screen is huge and obnoxious. =] Again, a server/client managed setting to control whether or not this is displayed would be nice.
* Even though Sign in automatically is checked off, it waits for me to press Login.
