Jason A. Frankel

Jason is a believer in innovative leadership. He brings over 17 years of software leadership experience to Coversant. Prior to founding the company, Jason led several efforts that pushed the boundary of current software development. They include mass distributed scalability in simultaneous users and transactions at companies such as Intel, Associated Press, Teradyne, and AC Nielsen.
Scott Vosburg
Chief Financial Officer
Scott has played a key role in running Coversants operations since 2002, with more than 15 years of leadership experience in both management and product development. His experience includes business development, strategic planning, and financial planning. Prior to joining the company, Scott held senior positions with small businesses and technology start-up ventures including MasterPlan Financial Software and PhatPipe. He served as Director of Information Technology for ClearStream Communications. Scott is a Registered Financial Consultant. Running comes natural to Scott who is a seasoned marathon runner.
Geof Lambert
Vice President, Business Development
Geof has 25 years of marketing and product development experience. A serial social entrepreneur Geof has been involved in the formation of a number of organizations with global reach. Geof has years of experience in the social networking industry and was one of the founders of the social networking site that serves as a social networking portal for 1.2 million Rotarians in over 31,000 clubs around the world. In conjunction with NetModular, Inc., Geof has pioneered and helped develop a number of social networking communities. Geof volunteers his time as a forum leader with the global IPv6 Forum, and is an avid CouchSurfer.
JD Conley
Principle Architect
JD was the first full-time employee at Coversant and has been instrumental ever since in key areas including technical support, software/system engineering. He has been coding software since the age of 12 when he coded an instant messaging platform. JD is one of the founders of an Internet community focused on auto tuning, and has held positions serving the IT needs of Malibu Boats, the Associated Press and E&J Gallo. When not hosting parties, snowboarding and jet skiing, JD volunteers his technical knowledge with the XMPP Foundation.
