SoapBox Server 2007 is licensed by either a Client Access License (CAL) or a Processor
License. If you choose the CAL model, a CAL must be purchased for every user registered
with the SoapBox Server. For example, if a company has 200 employees that will be
using the SoapBox Server, 200 CAL's must be purchased. No Processor Licenses are
required if CAL's are purchased.
If the Processor model is chosen, a Processor License must be purchased for each
physical processor in the computer running an instance of the SoapBox Server. No
CAL's are required if Processor Licenses are purchased.
